Hi, I’m Gabbie. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor specializing in helping adults heal from childhood trauma. In our work together, I’ll help you understand how trauma shapes the brain and body, so the symptoms you experience start to make sense rather than feel overwhelming.
I believe healing happens when you feel safe and supported. My role is to normalize your experiences, provide education, and walk alongside you as you process at a pace that feels right for you.
I use an integrative approach, which means I tailor therapy to your unique needs and the healing methods that resonate most with you. Our work together is collaborative and transparent—you’ll always know what to expect, and you’ll never feel alone in your healing journey.
